LEXINGTON MEDICAL CENTER

HoodConstruction-300Dear Mr. Mill,

With this letter, I would hereby like to compliment one of your employees, Ben Ricard, PASCO service manager for the excellent service he provided our organization last week. On Wednesday, 7/22/2020, Lexington Medical Center had a 4” chilled water main come apart at a Vic coupling in our Lab area flooding our first and ground floor areas with water. Our mechanics were unable to obtain a 4” Vic fitting from their inventory here on site. Tim Ayer, one of our senior mechanics reached out to Ben around 4 a.m. that morning to see if he could help us with our problem. Ben did not hesitate and informed Tim he was on the way! Ben informed us he would have to run by your shop to pick up the fitting. To our amazement Ben showed up on site within roughly an hour with the needed part. Through Ben’s quick response and willingness to provide exemplary customer service, LMC was able to divert what could have been catastrophic negative outcomes.

As an organization we think this type of professionalism and commitment to the highest level of customer’s satisfaction must be acknowledged. It is through selfless acts like Ben’s that companies are often judged, and PASCO should be extremely proud to have this individual working for your company. LMC looks forward to continuing our business relationship in the future. Thanks

Sincerely,
Freddie Phillips

SEAGRASS REAL ESTATE AND DEVELOPMENT

Seagrass Real Estate and DevelopmentTo Whom It May Concern:

I just completed a small condominium development in the Charleston, S.C. area. The city required a commercial sprinkler system and my contractor, who does very little commercial building, hired a sprinkler company that was referred to him by his plumber. Unfortunately, that company proved to be a total nightmare, costing us at least 6 months and well over $150,000. They had pulled the permit and it was their plan that had been approved; as a result, we were stuck. They had completed more than half the required install and no other company could be expected to step in and guarantee the work.

PASCO came to our rescue.

A mutual friend knew of my dilemma and made a phone call. On a Sunday night I received a caM from Scotty Mill the president and owner of the company. He was on vacation with his family but took the time to call me. He said ,“l understand you need some help.”

The next morning two of his best men showed up at our job From that point until we finished approximately 6 weeks later, they became our educators and advisors, telling us about our system, what the fire department was going to demand and helping us numerous times when we had questions. I’m convinced that had they not stepped in to offer their help, we would have lost even more time and money.

They did this without remuneration. They answered our calls, text messages and emails and showed up when we needed them and all the time, they were busy with their many sprinkler contracts. They helped because they knew we were in a very bad situation and had nowhere to turn and also because they care about the reputation of their industry.

I could never thank Scotty, Todd Jeffers and PASCO enough for their help.

If you need a sprinkler company that’s more than knowledgeable, capable, honest and cares greatly about their work, these are the people you want to hire. They’re the best.

Sincerely,
John Hassell,President

To Whom It May Concern,

Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Co., Inc. is one of the world's leading manufacturers of innovative, quality-oriented fire sprinklers and system devices. Based in New York for over 80 years, we relocated our manufacturing plant to South Carolina and officially reopened in 2006.

For many years now, even before our move to the Palmetto State, Reliable has enjoyed a long and prosperous partnership with PASCO. Under the leadership of Scotty Mill, we have had the great pleasure of working together on many projects. Our two companies enjoy a growing friendship, one that will continue in the months and years to come.

It is because of PASCO's unparalleled professionalism and commitment that we chose them to do the sprinkler installation for our new 150,000 feet expansion currently under construction. We are pleased to announce with confidence that, much like every other project they are awarded, PASCO is exceeding expectations!

Reliable salutes PASCO for its professionalism and dedication to the fire sprinkler industry. It is their hard work and effort that are making this country a safer place to live and work in. Re: PASCO

Letter of Reference

To Whom It May Concern:

It is with great pleasure that I write a letter of recommendation for PASCO on behalf of the 99 West Edge project. PASCO has exhibited skill, quality workmanship and responsiveness throughout the first 6 months of the project and has been a leader in our trade partner meetings. Organization of materials is second to none on this project.

The project has been challenging with the phased construction approach yet they have aided our efforts the entire way navigating difficult contract documents. Yet, their team has stuck to a very demanding schedule and is leading from the front. A great compliment for any trade contractor is the fact that I have barely noticed they are on site.

Based on my experience in working with them, it is without reservation that I would recommend PASCO be considered on any construction project that you may be pursuing.

Sincerely,
Bryan B. Ferris

As owners progressively seek to achieve the highest possible value from their construction

work shoulder-to-shoulder with Scotty Mill's team on many different types of delivery methods
-to include Design/Build and Fast-Track- successfully navigating numerous highly-technical
initiatives, while never loosing site of the client's budget needs. PASCO's encouragement of
team ideas, along with their own progressive insight, has provided strong and highly-creative
solutions, while often working under very challenging project circumstances. Their entire team
has been, quite simply, a pleasure to work with.

In short, PASCO understands the importance of true industry teamwork and client focusestablishing
themselves as a firm who delivers exceptional skills and service, with the kind of
timeliness and open communication we've come to appreciate. Our firm would be very

Re: PASCO

To Whom It May Concern:

Garvin Design Group seeks out construction companies that appreciate the value of collaboration and working together during the design and construction process, and there are not many. As architects, we value contractor input during the design phase, especially from those that are truly experts in their field. PASCO is our go-to company for that level of expertise, and we have worked with them on numerous projects over the 14 years of our company.

During construction, PASCO is extremely easy to work with and very helpful when working through coordination issues in the field. I am most impressed with their ability to do the work within schedule and to stay within the costs that they have proposed. In a process that is wrought with difficult issues and challenges, as well as subcontractors that try to take advantage of our Owners, it's a pleasure to work with PASCO repeatedly. I am always confident in their work and their honesty.

Sincerely,

RE: PASCO Letter of Reference

To Whom It May Concern:

I have had the opportunity to work with PASCO on a number of projects over the past several years. I have found that having the right team is critical in exceeding our clients' expectations and selecting the right fire sprinkler company for our industry partners is extremely important to our success. I am writing this letter to confirm that such a partner exists with PASCO.

Our firm is typically hired early in the preconstruction process and we have had the opportunity to work shoulder-to-shoulder often with Scotty's team on many different types of delivery methods which include both Design/Build and Fast-Track delivery methods.

Additionally, they are a partner we reach out to whenever we are tackling challenging projects. PASCO understands the importance of true industry teamwork and client focus-Establishing themselves as a firm who delivers exceptional service with the kind of timeliness and open communication we have come to appreciate. Their entire team has been a pleasure to work with.

In the world of Sports and Entertainment, projects are typically schedule driven. These type of projects have preset dates for games, critical venue dates and peek seasons that must be met regardless of any setbacks that might occur during the construction process. PASCO has time and time again proven themselves a valuable partner on difficult projects. Two such
projects that come to mind are the Georgia Aquarium and SunTrust Park where Scotty's team provided strong and highly-creative solutions, while often working under very challenging project circumstances all the while never loosing site of the end goal. It is this can-do attitude that will have them continue to be a part of our team here at Brasfield & Gerrie.

If Ican beof further assistance, or should you wish to discuss any project experience in detail, please do not hesitate to contact me.

BB&T- Boyle Vaughan Insurance

I have been a property and casualty insurance broker for over thirty-two years, specializing my practice
in working with commercial contractors. Over the course of my lengthy career, I have observed vastly
varying levels of commitment to safety in the workplace, as well as attention to risk transfer, light duty
return to work programs, management support of claims prevention and adherence to statutory
regulations.

Owner Scotty Mill and his team at PASCO remain as one of the most impressive contactors I have had
the pleasure of partnering with in regard to promoting safety, preventing claims and complying with
state and federal requirements. Not only is Scotty intimately aware of and involved in workplace safety
and risk prevention programs and practices, but he has also put in place a dedicated team, led by safety
manager, Steve Coward, to oversee all aspects of safety and loss prevention, and to further explore
proactive ways to mitigate workers' compensation, general liability and automobile claims.

The wellbeing of their employees is most evidently a top priority at PASCO. In placing employee welfare
at a premium, PASCO is able to attract and retain the most talented employees benefiting not only
PASCO, but the general contractors who employ them, as well as the owners of the jobs for which they
are hired.

We commend and congratulate Scotty Mill and his team at PASCO for their successful approach to
promoting and providing the safest possible work environment, and it is our privilege and pleasure to
partner with them in continuing to leverage most efficient and effective risk management approaches
and strategies for the benefit of their employees, and those who hire them to do the great work they
do.

RE: SunTrust Park / Atlanta, GA

Dear Mr. Mill:

I have had the opportunity to perform numerous projects with PASCO as the Fire Protection Subcontractor. Because of the fast-track nature of most of these projects, PASCO is typically brought on very early in the process to work in conjunction with the other MEP Subcontractors.

Sun Trust Park, the new Home of the Atlanta Braves, was a similar project, but much more complex than any of the other projects with which we have worked with PASCO. This 1.1 million square foot facility was a very challenging fast-track project that required all Subcontractors to work concurrently in many different areas of the Ballpark.

PASCO was able to pull manpower and supervision as needed from their various offices to be able to staff the project and maintain the project schedule, while providing a quality product.

We had several "early turnover" milestones that were critical to the project and even had a few additional "early turnover" areas thrown at us during the project. PASCO was able to provide the manpower, supervision and materials to meet each of these "early turnover" areas.

PASCO has always been a Team Player, working with us as the General Contractor and working with other Subcontractors. We look forward to future opportunities to partner with PASCO.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Sincerely,
Mark Granger
